If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return in it’s original condition within 15 days of date received for a full refund, or within 30 days for an exchange. If the item is damaged upon arrival please note we withhold any responsibility for damage occured by the operating carrier and suggest insurance on all packages. However, if you feel that any damage or breakage is due to faulty production please contact us immediately. We will always do our very best to accommodate any concern you have. We are committed to providing you with the perfect Kala piece(s).
For items that are damaged or broken within 90 days we offer a restringing/repair service, if applicable. There is a service fee that must be processed before the repair can be completed. This fee varies based on the item of repair. Not all items can be repaired.
In either case you, the sender, will be responsible for return shipping and will need to contact us at email@example.com for an Authorization Code. ‘
We strongly suggest that you review and follow our guidelines for Jewelry Care provided on our website. This will assist in the beauty, character, and longevity the piece is meant to have, as well as, preventing unnecessary damage.
Any items noted as Final Sale, are as such. When ordering an item on sale please reference the entire description to confirm if sale is final or not. All other items are subject to Kala’s Return policies listed above.
