Shipping & Delivery
For orders over $100, first class domestic shipping is FREE. All packages are shipped USPS (within the U.S.) with tracking. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number, as well as a direct link to follow the tracking process. You may also log into your Kala Account and locate this information under “My Orders”.
Delivery times and costs are listed at time of checkout and vary based on your needs. Items that are in stock will have a 2-3 day processing time added to the estimated shipping time. Any items made to order will have specific estimated processing times provided at time of purchase. For these items we thank you in advance for your patience, as we make all our pieces with conscious care.
** Please note during promotional events and/or Holidays, shipping time frames may be extended. For an estimated delivery time to your area, please contact [email protected] or check your local USPS for delivery updates.
We do not offer pick-up at this time, unless of course, you are totally radical, live in Palm Beach County, and want to buy us a coffee! Otherwise, please enjoy the convenience of delivery to your doorstep.
Insurance is available and recommended for all packages. Although USPS is a rockin’ system, there are still chances of lost, stolen or damaged goods. Kala is not responsible for these unfortunate events. Insurance will be available in the checkout procedure. If you have any issues or concerns about your items, shipping process, or arrival, please contact us. We will always assist in any way we can.
Currently we ship anywhere within the U.S., as well as internationally to Australia, Canada, Japan, and the UK. If you are not in one of these countries, but would like to purchase from Kala, you can email us at [email protected]. We will review your request and do our very best to accommodate you. We are grateful that you are interested in becoming a part of our kula! With First Class International mail, we cannot guarantee tracking once it leaves the U.S. borders. By completing your purchase you assume all risk of delivery. Perhaps insuring your valuable, enchanted Kala package isn’t such a bad investment after all!!
If for any reason you would like to edit your order after purchase, please contact our service department immediately. We attempt to offer a 12 hour grace period on all orders and should be able to accommodate any adjustments within this window.. However, as we try to package and mail your orders as quickly as possible for fast delivery, we cannot offer any guarantees. If you would like to adjust your order after this time frame, we still suggest you contact us as soon as possible. Luck may be on your side.
